Digital Delivery

All PhotoKind purchases are digital. No physical products are shipped and there are no shipping charges.

Credit delivery

Credits are added to the account connected when checkout starts after Stripe confirms successful payment, usually within minutes. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment. Processing or security reviews can delay confirmation. If your payment is confirmed but credits remain missing, contact us with your purchase reference; do not pay again to resolve a delayed credit.

Generation delivery

Generation times vary with the model, settings and service demand. Completed outputs are made available in your account's generation history and supported media views. There is no guaranteed completion time. Save independent copies of files you want to retain.

Availability

Use requires an internet connection, a supported browser and an active PhotoKind account. Service and payment availability may be restricted by applicable law, sanctions, payment-provider requirements or technical limitations. See our Refund Policy for delivery problems.
