PhotoKind is a creative service for lawful image, video and audio production. You are responsible for the rights, consent and accuracy needed for your work.

Do not use the service for:

• Sexually explicit content, sexual services, or sexual exploitation, including any sexualized depiction of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, identity theft, fraud or scams.
• Violence, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, or instructions facilitating criminal activity.
• Infringing copyrighted works, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, including unauthorized use of a person's likeness or voice.
• Malware, unauthorized access, credential sharing, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass payment, safety or usage controls.
• Misrepresenting AI-generated content as authentic evidence or using it to deceive people in consequential contexts.

Use only content you own or have permission to process. Follow any model-specific restrictions displayed with the service. We may reject jobs, restrict access or remove material that violates these rules, and comply with lawful requests. Report suspected abuse through Contact support.
